Job summary

MCI is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to troubleshoot and support customers across the Western United States. The role requires extensive travel to diagnose and document service events, work with engineers, and guide warranty claims.

You will respond to calls and emails, interpret service manuals, and ensure proper documentation of issues and resolutions, with a focus on HVAC and electrical systems across coaches.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with vehicle electrical systems and diagnostics.
• Experience diagnosing HVAC, powertrain, and air systems is required.
• Familiarity with listed hardware/software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails with troubleshooting guidance.
• Guide customers through service manuals and warranty processes.
• Document issues and troubleshoot solutions with engineers.
• Coordinate campaign completion and report new coach issues.
• Provide 24/7 on-call emergency support.
• Travel to sites and document findings and resolutions.
• Interface with engineers to countermeasure issues.
• Maintain detailed service logs and follow-up on repairs.
