Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Representative (Metal Packaging) to support Crown Food Division customers in the Northeast U.S. and eastern Canada.

This field role requires frequent travel to customer facilities to troubleshoot processes, conduct trials, and serve as the primary technical contact. You will collaborate with Sales, R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to develop strategies and drive improvements, with up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Food Science, Engineering, Packaging or related field.
• 2+ years in a packaging manufacturing environment or related industry.
• Experience interfacing with customers in a technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide problem-solving leadership on technical/quality matters related to food can and end performance.
• Manage the technical interface between the Food Division and customers.
• Support customers in technical aspects including current and new packages.
• Develop and manage technical meetings with customers to discuss ideas, issues, and solutions.
