Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of Weatherford, Industry technical or operational experience in addition to 2-4 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to quickly gain broad knowledge of Weatherford Products and Services.
• This role may require domestic travel of up to 10-25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the Field Sales life cycle from start to finish and drive revenue growth.
• Discuss technical specifications with clients and capture feedback.
• Collaborate with internal resources to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
• Identify opportunities for new products and cross-sell across segments.
