Job summary

Weatherford is seeking an Artificial Lift Technical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will build on a high level of product line and operational knowledge to proactively and strategically sell tools, technologies, and services to clients at rig sites, warehouses, or workshops.

You will support cross-selling across segments and ensure clients understand the full value of Weatherford's offerings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in oil and gas service, technical or operational role.
• 4–6 years of sales experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–25% domestically and possibly internationally.

Responsibilities

• Sell Weatherford tools, technologies, and services to clients at sites, warehouses, or workshops.
• Provide comprehensive understanding of offerings to clients and support cross-selling across segments.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 10–25%).

You will ensure that a comprehensive understanding of our offerings is provided to clients, typically at their locations such as rig sites, warehouses, or workshops. Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience preferably in the oil and gas service industry, in a technical or operational capacity
• 4-6 years of sales experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to quickly gain a broad-based knowledge of Weatherford's products and services
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with company policies, laws, regulations and industry practices
