Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to proactively promote our tools, technologies and services across the segment portfolio. You’ll typically meet at customer locations—rig sites, warehouses or workshops—and align with the sales plan while exploring cross-selling opportunities.

You will engage with internal resources to solve client issues, discuss technical specifications, and build annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 6 years of Weatherford, Industry technical or operational experience
• 4 years of completions tools (liner hangers, cementing tools, and cased-hole completions) experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to quickly gain a broad based knowledge of Weatherford Products and Services
• Travel Requirement: domestic travel up to 10–25%

Responsibilities

• Builds and communicates value propositions to clients at sites and workshops
• Discusses technical specifications with customers and captures feedback
• Coordinates with internal teams to resolve service quality issues
• Supports the sales lifecycle from planning to order execution
• Contributes to achieving annual revenue targets through strategic selling
