Job summary

PF Holdings seeks a seasoned engineer to provide high-level technical advice, counsel, management and support in the design, development and operation of well stimulation services, applying specialized knowledge in science, mathematics and communications.

The role collaborates with operations, safety, and engineering teams to ensure compliance, pre-job preparation, real-time monitoring, data analysis, and post-job reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of mathematical and scientific principles applicable to hydraulic fracturing and ability to apply them in duties.
• Ability to assess situations using scientific, geological and operational education to advise clients on hydraulic fracturing jobs.
• Ability to draft technical reports for management.
• Ability to apply mathematics and scientific principles to job duties.
• Ability to train field personnel in the district.
• Knowledge of confidentiality policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of business principles in strategic planning, resource allocation and leadership.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of equipment, policies and strategies for protecting people, data and property.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sensitive to confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with directives and policies by engineering, operations and safety departments in the district.
• Assist operations with pre-job rig up, quality control tests, material inventory, job setup and equipment layout reviews.
• Conduct daily operations and safety location audits and review findings with supervisor and crew.
• Coordinate technical equipment for proper operations and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in training field operations personnel in software, new technologies and improved equipment.
• Monitor injection rates and pressures, perform QC and post-job assessments and reports.
• Coordinate with National Operations Center on design, testing and implementation of improvements and provide reports to NOC.
• Perform real-time monitoring and evaluation of well stimulation services as needed.
• Analyze issues and advise customer representatives on solutions for jobs.
• Collect samples of customer fluids for initial testing and determine fluids use for jobs.
• Performs other related duties as required.
