Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking an on-site supervisor to oversee stimulation jobs, ensure DOT compliance, and act as the company’s representative with the customer on site.

You will coordinate logistics, train crew, schedule work, and enforce safety and SOPs from pre-job planning through job completion, while maintaining strong communication with management and customers. This role requires readiness for extended hours and 24/7 availability when workload demands.

Qualifications

• Supervises field operations and logistics from pre-job to return.
• Trains staff, schedules work, counsels performance.
• Ensures HR and HSE policies followed.
• Communicates with customers and carries out DOT requirements.
• Familiar with SOPs and job planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-job requirements and meet with tank personnel.
• Oversee crew activities and dispatch readiness.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance.
• Prepare reports and monitor equipment.
• Inspect work and ensure standards met.
