Job summary

EchoStar is expanding its technician team to deliver DISH TV, Starlink, and smart home solutions directly to customers’ homes. You will learn and apply best practices for installations, educate customers on how to operate their devices, and promote additional services.

This role involves visiting multiple residences, working independently yet staying connected with the broader team, and driving a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH, Starlink and smart home solutions.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
