Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on technical support/testing experience.
• At least 1 year of QA testing or support experience with mobile apps/devices.
• Reliable travel capability with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Configure devices for field deployment.
• Track inventory and stage equipment for field sessions.
• Conduct test sessions on mobile/wearable tech in various transport modes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot device functionality during sessions.
• Verify data sync with backend systems after tests.
• Produce session documentation.
