Job summary

Midco in West Fargo, ND is seeking a Field Tech. Earn $21.00 per hour starting pay with paid training and no experience required. You will join a team dedicated to delivering high-value services and exceptional customer experiences.

As a Field Technician you will install, maintain and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers, using cutting-edge technologies. The role offers opportunities for advancement with quarterly bonuses and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Conduct technical evaluations and install voice, video, and data services.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from tap to CPE and ensure signal levels.
• Log all work orders and coordinate with Field Operations and Business Services.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor teammates as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules and operate company vehicle per policies.
