Job summary

The City of Euless, TX is seeking a Public Works Field Tech I-III to support street and storm sewer maintenance, repair, and construction. You will operate equipment, perform traffic control, and assist in supervising field crews in the Streets Division.

Qualified candidates will have high school education (Field Tech II requires two years related experience) and valid Texas CDL; water distribution license or ability to obtain within one year.

Qualifications

• English communication in writing and speech.
• Computer skills in data entry and data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and construct streets, curbs, drainage systems, and parking lots.
• Perform traffic control setup and ensure a safe working environment for traffic management.
• Operate equipment such as backhoes, rollers, dump trucks, and loaders as assigned.
• Record and report job status and condition of equipment used.
• Assist in supervising field crews in the Streets Division.
