Job summary

Gravity Power & Rental seeks a Coordinator 1 to dispatch and schedule Field Technicians, Truck Operators, and Swampers for service-related issues with equipment. You’ll train, develop, and manage field staff, create work tickets, track hours, and ensure DOT compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, maintaining branch inventory, addressing service quality, and coordinating daily operations with Admins for billing.

Qualifications

• Must have basic dispatch experience and be able to develop service schedules.
• Knowledge of state and federal DOT regulations is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Field Technicians to service, repair, and deliver equipment.
• Develop service and fuel schedules; coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor hours of service to ensure DOT compliance and safety.
