Job summary

Marmic Fire & Safety Co. is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to oversee scheduling and dispatch for Technicians in a defined geography.

You will implement best practices and SOPs for appointment creation, coordinating with customers to agree on schedules and matching technicians by skill and territory. Join a team focused on safety and reliability, with opportunities for process optimization and real-time capacity management.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree Preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a scheduling/routing function or related operational role.
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated success working across teams in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to manage multiple commitments and time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule management: ensure technicians have a full day of work within working hours and use routing tools to optimize productivity.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and rescheduling of appointments; manage real time capacity and load balancing.
• Monitor technician clock events and paperwork; ensure work is tracked through to completion.
• Process improvement: identify areas to reduce rework and standardize procedures.
• Adhere to Marmic SOPs for creation, scheduling, and dispatching service work.
• Reporting and analysis: review KPIs and identify opportunities to improve technician productivity and job completions per day.
