Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services, Ltd. is seeking a Service Technician I to install, configure, and repair electronic communications and surveillance systems at remote field sites.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, strong troubleshooting, and a customer-first attitude. You will work on mobile cellular, wireless, and satellite equipment, IP cameras, and NVRs, with responsibilities for network, telephony, and satellite configurations.

Qualifications

• Training from a two-year vocational or technical program or equivalent field experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in surveillance, communications, or related low-voltage installation work.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and repair communication systems including mobile cellular, wireless, and satellite equipment.
• Support maintenance and repair of surveillance systems including IP cameras and NVRs.
• Configure and troubleshoot network, telephony, and satellite terminal systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks; complete field retrofits and upgrades.
• Communicate job progress and issues to customers, project managers, and management.
• Crosstrain and collaborate with additional field operations as required.
