Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is hiring an in-store merchandising leader to support grocery retailers and implement category resets, displays, and planogram compliance. You will travel frequently, staying overnight as needed, and collaborate with store leadership on initiatives.

You will also use company technology or a personal device to log progress, capture photos, and report issues, with a focus on helping train new teammates and maintain high in-store standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Physical capability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to travel with overnight hotel stays
• 1–2 years merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Able to record work with a smartphone or tablet
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Safety-first mindset in retail

Responsibilities

• Complete category resets and build displays and end caps
• Rotate and date-check products and correct tags
• Ensure shelves meet store and planogram standards
• Identify out-of-stock conditions and manage backstock/discontinued items
• Work with store leadership on project initiatives
• Use company tech or personal device to track progress and report
• Assist in training new teammates and support scheduling
