Job summary

QXO is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee daily field activities for trim and window installation across assigned communities. You will supervise installation crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and codes compliance while coordinating schedules with customers and office staff.

You will read blueprints, manage punch lists, monitor productivity and material usage, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in residential construction, finish carpentry, window installation, or exterior building products.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or field management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile project management applications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for trim and window installation projects across assigned communities.
• Supervise, coach, and develop installation crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure all projects are completed with quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable building codes.
• Coordinate installation schedules between customers and office staff.
• Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and final project walkthroughs.
• Create and manage punch lists to ensure timely project completion.
• Resolve field issues and customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and project performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and status updates.
