QXO, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations for trim and window installation across multiple communities in Florida. You will supervise installation crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure workmanship meets building codes and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in residential construction with leadership experience, and can read blueprints. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in residential construction or finish carpentry.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or field management experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily field operations for trim and window installation projects across assigned communities.
• Supervise, coach, and develop installation crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects meet quality, codes, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate installation schedules between customers and office staff.
• Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and final project walkthroughs.
• Create and manage punch lists for timely completion.
• Resolve field issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
