Responsibilities

• Follow set schedule as determined by Regional/Territory Manager.
• Conduct Quality Inspections for homes to ensure 100% readiness and create punch lists.
• Maintain company equipment.
• Prepare detailed, professional reports for clients and consult with builders about issues.
• Communicate scheduling issues or field concerns to management.
• Support training and development of field technicians with best practices and safety procedures.
• Report field issues, process inefficiencies, and safety concerns to management.
