Job summary

The Peak Claims Group is seeking a Field Manager to lead field performance, coordinate inspectors and adjusters, and ensure that field work hits quality and timing targets. You will own field execution and drive improvements across assigned regions.

In this role, you will monitor workloads, provide coaching, and coordinate with QA, operations, and desk staff to keep files moving and meet client SLAs.

Qualifications

• Manage and support a team of field inspectors and/or field adjusters across assigned territories
• Ensure timely first contact, inspections, photo quality, and same-day or next-day uploads
• Enforce field standards for scope notes, documentation, and photo requirements
• Monitor workloads, assignments, and coverage to meet client SLAs and surge demands
• Review field submissions for completeness before QA and desk handling
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and corrective action to field staff
• Identify performance gaps and remove obstacles impacting cycle time or quality
• Coordinate with QA, desk adjusters, and operations to keep files moving
