Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions in Toledo, OH is seeking a Sr. Team Lead to supervise and develop field teams across multiple sites, while ensuring quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to travel to client sites with a pay rate of $16-$17 per hour. Responsibilities include client relationship management, coordinating site operations, training inspectors, and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple sites.
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in a quality/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with stakeholders at the site level.
• Assist Site Leaders and train inspectors; validate adherence to processes.
• Document non-conformances and report to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Troubleshoot process issues and manage material movements with scanners.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and customer policies.
• Facilitate information flow and maintain 5S/6S working environment.
• Collect and maintain company reports and use portals to record audits.
