Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Maintain basic certifications and any advanced certifications required by ECS.
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Dependable, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Good understanding of construction materials testing principles and standards.
• Ability to evaluate test results for specification compliance.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, technicians and project managers.
• Proficiency with electronic devices and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of ECS systems and procedures.
• Ability to balance field execution with coordination responsibilities.
• Must be able to frequently lift a minimum of 85 pounds.
• Knowledge of ECS systems and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and coordination of field staff.
• Support scheduling and staffing of technicians for project assignments.
• Mentor and train field technicians to ensure competency and development.
• Promote safety culture and ensure proper PPE use.
• Assist with safety training and compliance efforts.
• Perform field testing, observation and inspection as needed.
• Communicate daily with technicians, project managers and contractors.
• Assist with calibration and maintenance of field equipment and records.
• Support inventory management for equipment and supplies.
• Assist with recruiting and staffing to maintain appropriate team levels.
• Review and support field documentation and reporting accuracy.
• Provide support to Project Managers and Department leadership.
• Attend project meetings and support field coordination efforts.
• May assist with business development and client interaction.
• Perform other leadership and technical duties as assigned.
