Job summary

Syneos Health, Atlanta-based, is seeking a Field Talent Manager to drive business objectives within co-employment agreements, including interviewing and hiring, coaching, and performance management.

You will partner with the National Business Director, support client sales leadership, monitor performance, and travel up to 30% to meet client needs. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of pharma sales management or HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or HR.
• 5–7 years’ pharma sales management or 4 years’ HR management with coaching focus.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Assist the National Business Director in building stakeholder relationships with client leadership and Syneos Health support staff.
• Support client sales leadership with sales and marketing directions to align behaviors and field impact.
• Coach and deliver feedback to representatives and client managers to improve performance.
• Monitor field sales rep performance and communicate with HR and client personnel.
• Observe and provide verbal/written feedback to reps and client managers.
