Job summary

MyEyeDr. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior OD Talent Acquisition Partner to source, prescreen, and interview Doctor of Optometry candidates for our growing network.

This senior recruiter will be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences and partnering with leaders to align hires with Our Purpose Promise, Vision and Values. The role is hybrid with in-office two days weekly in Raleigh.

Qualifications

• 7 years Recruiting experience or a combination of 4 years doctor recruitment experience + a minimum of 3 years of Optical Industry experience.
• Experience building sustained relationships with Optometry schools required.
• Formal recruitment training required.

Responsibilities

• Attract qualified Doctors of Optometry to deliver first-class patient care and ensure coverage.
• Collaborate with executives to determine recruiting needs and strategies.
• Promote MyEyeDr values and employer brand to attract top talent.
• Build pipelines and referral networks with MED doctors and new hires.
• Manage requisitions, postings, prescreening, interviews, and offers of employment.
