Qualifications

• Seven years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Five years managing a team of 6-10 recruiters.
• Five+ years identifying and implementing recruiting best practices.
• Experience managing remote employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed team of recruiters to meet staffing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver talent.
• Develop and maintain recruiting metrics to measure performance.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies and channels.
• Coach managers on selection and hiring practices.
• Stay current on employment laws and compliance.
• Help build employer brand and candidate engagement.
