Preston Automotive Group is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiter for field-based roles across Maryland and Delaware. You will recruit for all PAG positions, partner with store leaders, manage postings on multiple platforms, and coordinate hiring decisions.

This role requires 2–5+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel among PAG locations. Join a community-focused, OnePAG culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years recruiting experience, automotive background a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, energetic, and proactive; able to travel between PAG locations.

Responsabilités

• Recruit for all PAG positions across departments (sales, service, advisors, parts, office, BDC, managers).
• Partner with GMs and store leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Manage job postings on Indeed, Hireology, ZipRecruiter, social platforms, and the PAG board.
• Source, interview, pre-screen, and coordinate hiring decisions.
• Attend job fairs and build community partnerships to attract talent.
• Serve as a OnePAG culture and brand ambassador.
• Track hiring metrics and maintain communication with candidates and managers.
