What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and maintain hourly job postings across various locations and platforms
- Monitor posting performance and collaborate with recruiters or managers to optimize visibility and applicant flow
- Provide front-line support for field users with ATS navigation and candidate movement
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications as needed
- Participate in career fairs and local hiring events to support recruitment efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or ATS administration
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and comfort in supporting non-HR users
- Excellent organizational and administrative tracking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain processes clearly to non-technical users
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
