What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the M&A team to manage IT and Telecom contracts throughout all stages
- Conduct IT due diligence to identify potential risks and integration challenges
- Gather requirements and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT integration processes, decisions, and outcomes
- Provide post-merger support to ensure smooth IT operations and address arising issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in IT and Telecom, specifically focusing on mergers and acquisitions
- Strong understanding of an IT Vendor Management Office, including vendor relations and contract management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Experience working with a Contract Management System (Ironclad, Coupa, Ariba, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of Purchase Order and Invoice processes
- Familiarity with Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) structure and processes
- Experience in Print Management (Printers, Multi-function devices, Copiers, etc.)
