Responsibilities

• Administer and support end-user technologies for a wide range of clients.
• Understand and articulate technical information to clients with varying backgrounds.
• Install, configure and maintain end-user technologies, including mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues, file sharing, and end-user software; configure peripherals.
• Document client issue resolution and related processes.
• Support common business and productivity software.
• Assist clients with requests for technology services and engage IT personnel via helpdesk tickets.
