Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships with owners, developers, agencies and contractors.
• Implement business strategy across the department.
• Prepare and oversee proposals, contracts and project financials.
• Demonstrate knowledge of federal, state and local jurisdictional laws for land surveying.
• Show understanding of survey control, procedures, construction staking and site safety.
• Apply coordinate geometry, CAD and survey calculations for topographic maps and design surveys.
• Manage and mentor staff performing boundary surveys and construction staking.
• Ensure field diaries, QC procedures, cut sheets and weekly timesheets are completed.
