Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for the Kansas City Surgical Technologies unit. This field-based role partners with experienced sales staff to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and help grow the territory across hospitals and clinics.

The position involves product support and education for surgeons, nurses, and clinicians, with travel throughout the territory and a starting salary around $70,000 plus potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• 1 year of outside sales or related experience preferred.
• Experience in medical device/healthcare sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural settings.
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
