Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Field Support Specialist to deliver in-field technical assistance and support to partners and customers. You will be the expert for on-site interventions, troubleshooting, and corrective actions, with travel up to 80% across installations and events.

Your role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong communication with partners, and navigation of AutoStore modules to ensure customer satisfaction and successful partnerships within a global network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hands-on mechanically or electrically focused field support.
• Able to quickly master complex technical systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving and customer training skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with KPI analytics tools.
• Experience with Field management/CRM tools (SFDC preferred).
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (extensive relevant experience may substitute).

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to assigned cases (incident investigations and proactive support).
• Provide on-site support to partners and customers, including at trade shows.
• Installations, commissioning partner support, system upgrades and quality investigations on-site.
• Attend internal account-related meetings and share insights.
• Meet personal and team KPIs to ensure efficient support delivery.
• Contribute to knowledge base with troubleshooting articles.
• Support AutoStore Academy training and best practices.
• Assist regional repair/depot facilities with repairs and parts quality review.
