Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Field Support Specialist to provide in-field technical assistance and support to partners and customers. You'll be the expert for on-site interventions, troubleshooting and corrective actions, with travel up to 80%.

This role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical experience, strong communication, and ability to work with CRM tools. Join AutoStore to support installations and ensure customer satisfaction across global deployments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a hands-on field support role (mechanical or electrical).
• Ability to quickly master complex technical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer training aptitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to cases with incident investigations and on-site interventions.
• Provide on-site support to partners and trade shows; demonstrate AutoStore modules.
• Plan and execute installations, upgrades, and quality investigations at partner sites.
• Attend internal account meetings and share insights to improve service delivery.
• Meet KPIs for efficient support delivery and contribute to knowledge base articles.
