Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have reliable personal transportation to perform essential job duties.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required to perform assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist an entire state with loan applications, call volume flows, and other processes.
• Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers on the phone and in the office.
• Processes loan applications for approval/denial.
• Posts payments (cash, money order, check, debit card, inter-branch).
• Prepares loan documents and executes loan closing on current renewal loans.
• Balances assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepares and completes the daily branch bank deposit.
• Maintains daily delinquency reports and weekly progress reports.
• Assists with training other Associates.
• Other duties include: call approved and unmade applications to close the loan; follow the Former Borrower paid out program daily; send credit denial letters within 30 days.
