Job summary

World Finance is hiring a Field Support Specialist to support loan applications, answer customer questions by phone and in person, and help run branch operations with a focus on quality service.

Responsibilities include posting payments, processing applications, updating borrower records, and assisting with training. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center settings.
• Familiarity with loan processing or financial products is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist an entire state with loan applications, call volume flows, and other processes as deemed within the Field Support Program.
• Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers on the phone and in the office with questions, concerns, product availability and knowledge of the product.
• Post payments and process loan documents; balance cash drawer daily; prepare and complete daily branch deposits.
• Update borrower records, service loans, and promote all products available including tax preparation.
• Maintain delinquency reports and assist with training other Associates.
• Other duties include call approvals, sending credit denial letters, and expenses.
