Job summary

ACS: Commercial & Residential Flooring Specialists is seeking a dynamic Field Support Manager to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and elevate customer experience across Home Depot partnerships and job sites. You will train associates, monitor showroom standards, and ensure high-quality installations while maintaining safety and certifications.

Two-Saturday per month availability at Home Depot, plus after-hours on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, operations, and customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data to find potential customers and help turn those leads into sales.
• Promote current sales deals and flooring offers to The Home Depot associates.
• Inspect showrooms to ensure displays are neat and properly signage.
• Train The Home Depot associates on products and programs.
• Collaborate with The Home Depot PRO Desk to assist contractors with sales, quotes, and installation questions.
• Participate in Home Depot events to train associates and maintain showroom readiness.
• Attend management meetings to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
• Visit job sites to verify contractors follow standards and deliver high-quality work.
• Mentor new contractors on proper installation techniques.
• Review customer feedback and resolve issues; escalate to VP for larger problems.
• Ensure contractors follow environmental safety rules and have necessary certifications such as Lead Safe Certification.
• Document issues with photos/videos and share findings with the team.
• Assist with inventory checks and conduct workroom meetings to keep operations smooth.
• Be available two Saturdays a month at Home Depot stores (9:00 AM–2:00 PM) and be on-call after hours.
• Be prepared to help with warehouse duties when needed.
