ACS: Commercial & Residential Flooring Specialists is seeking a Field Support Manager to drive sales growth, support store partners, and improve operational efficiency across job sites.

You will train Home Depot teams, oversee quality standards, manage field operations, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding safety and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data to identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Promote sales deals and flooring offers to Home Depot associates.
• Inspect showrooms for organization, displays and signage.
• Train Home Depot associates on products and programs.
• Assist contractors with sales, quotes and installation questions at the PRO Desk.
• Participate in Home Depot events to train associates and maintain showroom readiness.
• Attend management meetings to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
• Visit job sites to ensure contractors follow standards and deliver high-quality work.
• Guide new contractors on proper installation techniques.
• Review customer feedback and coordinate fixes with the VP for larger issues.
• Ensure environmental safety rules are followed and certifications maintained.
• Document findings with photos/videos and share with the team.
• Assist with inventory checks and team meetings to keep operations smooth.

As a Field Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with Home Depot teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of flooring programs, provide training, and ensure quality standards are met across job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Store Support

• Utilise data to find potential customers and help turn those leads into sales.
• Promote current sales deals and flooring offers to The Home Depot associates.
• Inspect showrooms to make sure everything is neat, organized, and has the right displays and signage.
• Train The Home Depot associates on products and programs.
• Work with the PRO Desk at The Home Depot to help contractors with sales, quotes, and installation questions.
• Participate in The Home Depot events to train associates and ensure everything in the showroom is in top shape.
• Attend meetings with management to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.

Quality Control & Operations

• Visit job sites to check that contractors are following our standards and doing high-quality work.
• Help new contractors learn how to do the job properly by walking them through their first installation.
• Inspect job sites based on customer feedback and work to fix any issues that come up, ensuring customers are satisfied.
• Review complaints and approve small fixes; for larger issues, you’ll work with the VP to resolve them.
• Ensure contractors follow environmental safety rules and have necessary certifications, such as Lead Safe Certification.
• Take photos and videos during job site visits to document issues and share findings with the team.
• Help with inventory checks and workroom meetings to keep everything running smoothly.

Additional Duties and Requirements:

• Be available to work two Saturdays a month from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Home Depot stores.
• You may need to be on-call after hours.
• Be ready to cover other tasks when needed, such as helping with warehouse duties if a team member is unavailable.
