Job summary

World Finance in Ashland, KY is hiring a Field Support Specialist to assist state-wide loan applications, manage call flows, and support field operations with strong lending skills and customer service.

You will process applications for approval, post payments, update borrowers’ records, balance cash drawers, and help train colleagues while maintaining compliance and a professional office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, preferably with a college level degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be licensed or have the ability to obtain licensing to sell insurance products.
• Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work well with a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the phone and in the office with questions, concerns, and product knowledge.
• Process loan applications for approval/denial; post payments; prepare loan documents and execute loan closings on renewals.
• Balance cash drawer daily; prepare and complete daily branch deposits; transport operating cash per company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to support branch marketing and cross-sell products.
• Occasional local travel to off-site locations as required for business needs.
