You will process new and renewal loan applications, manage correspondence, and help maintain a neat, compliant office. Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• Accurately count change in cash transactions and receipts.
• Promote and sell loan products to meet branch goals.
• Proficient with MS Office and relevant banking systems.
• Ability to work with customers and colleagues calmly under pressure.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization.
• Clear spoken and written communication in work-related documents.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone, assess needs, and refer to the appropriate branch staff.
• Apply customer payments and payoffs for walk-ins and by mail.
• Balance cash drawer and complete daily deposits.
• Solicit walk-in customers.
• Enter new and renewal loans into the system and print loan documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence; keep the office neat.
• Follow policies and comply with applicable regulations.
• Telephone delinquent accounts <30 days past due.
• File loan recordings with municipal agencies; manage related insurance reports.
• Close direct loans as requested by the Manager.
