• Strong troubleshooting across Solaris and Linux in Oracle environments.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills for on-site work.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site support for Oracle hardware, including ZFS storage, Exadata, and legacy Sun systems.
• Deliver on-site service desk support and manage local ticket queues for hardware/software requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, including drive replacement and maintenance.
• Travel to customer sites for break/fix activities and hardware installation.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and coordinate with data center staff.
• Track work orders and ensure SLA timelines are met.
• Ensure all work complies with government security policies.
