Job summary

Nova-Tech Engineering, headquartered in Willmar, MN, is seeking a Field Support Specialist to implement engineering designs, support field activities, and conduct testing to verify product performance. Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, biology, electronics, robotics, or related technical field preferred.
In-depth knowledge in electronics, robotics, and/or biology.
Poultry or aquaculture knowledge preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

Implement engineering designs and support field activities to test product performance.
Perform root cause analysis and communicate corrective actions across departments.
Participate in projects from concept to testing and customer placement.
Communicate with customers to determine product needs and coordinate testing/onsite visits.
Create and foster positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate domestic and international travel to visit customers in the field.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams to solve problems and innovate.
