Job summary

Nova-Tech Engineering, headquartered in Willmar, MN, is seeking a Field Support Specialist to implement engineering designs, support field activities, and conduct product testing in collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, problem solving, and coordinating testing and onsite visits, with domestic and international travel as required. Strong communication skills in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, biology, electronics, robotics, or related field.
• Knowledge in electronics, robotics, and/or biology.
• Experience with poultry or aquaculture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement engineering designs and support field activities to create and test protocols.
• Perform root cause analysis, analyze problems, and communicate solutions across teams.
• Participate in projects from concept to testing and placement with customers.
• Coordinate testing and onsite visits; travel to visit customers as needed.
