Job summary

Nova-Tech Engineering in Willmar, MN is seeking a Field Engineer to support product development and field testing. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to validate new technologies, run test protocols, and analyze results to guide engineering decisions.

The role requires CAD/embedded programming knowledge, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• CAD and/or embedded programming experience; C programming language preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical information.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and passport for global travel.

Responsibilities

• Implement engineering designs and support field activities to create and conduct research and test protocols to determine product performance.
• Perform root cause analysis, analyze problems, develop corrective actions, and communicate solutions across departments.
• Participate in projects from concept to deployment with the customer.
• Communicate with customers to determine product needs and coordinate testing and onsite visits.
• Travel domestically and internationally to visit customers.
