Job summary

Behavioral Framework is seeking a Field Support BCBA to supervise and mentor clinicians across home-based ABA programs in Maryland. You will provide hands-on support, quality assurance, and clinical guidance to technicians and families, driving high-quality treatment outcomes and strengthening regional teams.

The role emphasizes in-home parent training, case supervision, and collaboration with families and professionals. Licensure in Maryland and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must live in, and be licensed in Maryland.
• BCBA certification (in good standing).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Cultural Awareness: Interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and promote meaningful clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Provide in‑home parent training and case supervision.
• Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and data analysis.
• Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
