Job summary

Vay is seeking a part-time Field Support Agent in Austin, TX to help bring our autonomous driving technology to life. You will keep the vehicle fleet ready—clean, charged, rebalanced, and road-ready—while supporting testing and training efforts.

This hands-on role anchors the daily operations that keep our cutting-edge mobility service moving in a fast-paced environment. You’ll join a global team, working with a fleet across Las Vegas operations and contributing to the rollout of our Remote

Qualifications

A responsible and safety-conscious driver with a valid US driver’s license (must’ve held your license for a minimum of 2 years).
Flexibility on shift patterns.
Ability to pass a drug screening, including THC.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong troubleshooting mindset.
An interest in autonomous vehicles and future mobility.
Resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.

Responsibilities

Rebalancing vehicles to key locations across Las Vegas to ensure optimal fleet availability.
Charging, cleaning, and performing quality checks on vehicles to deliver the best customer experience.
Acting as a safety driver during vehicle training and testing sessions.
Completing checklists and documentation to certify vehicles are safe and ready for on-road deployment.
Occasionally delivering vehicles directly to customers and assisting with pickups.
