ManpowerGroup is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Fleet Operations Specialist to support a fleet of robotaxis in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves hands-on readiness, diagnostics, and field response to keep vehicles operational and riders served.

The position is full-time in a fast-paced environment requiring safety, technical troubleshooting, and strong customer service. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and Overnight, with competitive hourly pay and benefits upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a fast-paced environment blending logistics with customer service.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Comfort using terminal commands and remote operation interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-precision daily pre-service and post-service checks for the autonomous Robotaxi fleet, including mechanical inspections, sensor verification, and data-processing steps to support mission availability.
• Serve as a primary responder for in-field vehicle recovery and repositioning on public roads, coordinating safe extractions, documenting incidents in real-time, and supporting vehicle loading/unloading during recovery scenarios.
• Operate autonomous vehicles using remote input devices to facilitate recovery, repositioning, or movement through complex environments.
• Provide professional, empathetic rider support during recovery events, including safe vehicle entry/exit assistance and light concierge support at PUDO sites.
• Troubleshoot and restore vehicle operation using terminal commands and internal GUIs, including power cycling hardware and flashing vehicle firmware.
