Ally Waste is seeking a driven Field Supervisor to oversee Waste Leveling and Bulk Service divisions and lead Technicians in the field. This salaried role ($55,000–$60,000 DOE) requires front‑line leadership and the ability to step into the field when necessary, ensuring safe operations and high client satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

You will guide daily operations, manage routes, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with property managers and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in waste management, logistics, or field services.
• Experience pulling and maneuvering trailers safely.
• Proficient with tablets and routing/scheduling software.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, supervise field technicians, and manage KPI performance.
• Oversee scheduling and dispatch using routing systems to optimize routes.
• Conduct onboarding and hands‑on training on safety and trailer handling.
• Enforce safety standards, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure DOT compliance.
• Maintain professional client relationships with property managers and address concerns.
