EmergencyMD is seeking a Bulk Supervisor in Denver, Colorado. This role involves leading a team to ensure efficient waste management and maintaining cleanliness around dumpsters and compactors.
Responsibilities include providing guidance to staff, managing supply inventories, and documenting waste at multiple properties daily. A valid driver’s license and experience in waste management are preferred.

The Bulk Supervisor role consists of redistributing trash flow, cleaning up around dumpsters and compactors, and maintaining detailed reports.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Waste management/environmental service experience is a plus.

Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise other employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Candidates selected for hire may be required to complete a pre‑employment drug screening, consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
