Position Overview

Ally Waste is seeking a driven, hands‑on Field Supervisor to oversee our Waste Leveling and Bulk Service divisions. This leader will manage and support Waste Leveler Technicians and Bulk Service Technicians, ensuring operational excellence, route efficiency, safety compliance, and high client satisfaction. This is a salary role ($55,000–$60,000 DOE) that requires the ability to lead from the front and step into the field when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Oversight: Supervise daily operations, conduct ride‑alongs and field audits, and maintain accountability through KPI management.
• Route & Operational Management: Oversee scheduling and dispatch via tablet/routing systems, optimize labor utilization, and complete routes during staffing shortages.
• Training & Onboarding: Lead onboarding and hands‑on training for new technicians regarding safety, trailer handling, and customer service standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce DOT standards, ensure proper trailer operation, and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Client Relations: Maintain professional relationships with property managers and address service concerns promptly.

• Successfully complete a DOT physical examination and obtain the required medical certification prior to performing any driving duties.
