Job summary

Grid One Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Field Supervisor to oversee crews in engineering, construction, and pole inspection projects across the Utilities industry. The role requires managing field staff, coordinating activities with multiple departments, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The candidate should have strong leadership, a safety-first mindset, and willingness to work long hours or overtime during emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in Supervision of Field Operations preferred.
• 7 years' experience in Utility Pole Inspection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Crew to ensure safety and quality of work.
• Report to Project Manager and coordinate field activities.
• Train and onboard new hires as needed.
• Conduct daily job and safety briefings with crews.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and attendance records.
