Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 7 years' experience in Utility Pole Inspection.
• 2 Years' Experience In Supervision Of Field Operations Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Crew Members to ensure safety and quality of work.
• Coordinate reporting, customer interaction and field activity as needed.
• Train, coach, and improve efficiencies of field staff reporting to the supervisor.
• Plan and oversee tailgate meetings and safety briefings.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and daily productivity tracking.
